  15. You should fear punishment yourselves, for your attitude deserves punishment. Then you will know that there is indeed a judgment.”
  16. Their homes are safe from every fear, and God does not punish them.
  17. That is why you are surrounded by traps and tremble from sudden fears.
  18. And this is what he says to all humanity: ‘The fear of the Lord is true wisdom; to forsake evil is real understanding.’”
  19. Have I feared the crowd or the contempt of the masses, so that I kept quiet and stayed indoors?
  20. No wonder people everywhere fear him. All who are wise show him reverence.”
  21. It laughs at fear and is unafraid. It does not run from the sword.
  22. Nothing on earth is its equal, no other creature so fearless.
