  1. And now, behold, the cry of the people of Israel has come to me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.
  2. God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations.
  3. I also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the land in which they lived as sojourners.
  4. Then Pharaoh summoned the wise men and the sorcerers, and they, the magicians of Egypt, also did the same by their secret arts.
  5. Or else, if you will not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies on you and your servants and your people, and into your houses. And the houses of the Egyptians shall be filled with swarms of flies, and also the ground on which they stand.
  6. But Pharaoh hardened his heart this time also, and did not let the people go.
  7. Then Pharaoh called Moses and said, “Go, serve the Lord; your little ones also may go with you; only let your flocks and your herds remain behind.”
  8. But Moses said, “You must also let us have sacrifices and burnt offerings, that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God.
  9. Our livestock also must go with us; not a hoof shall be left behind, for we must take of them to serve the Lord our God, and we do not know with what we must serve the Lord until we arrive there.”
  10. Take your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and be gone, and bless me also!”
  11. The people of Israel had also done as Moses told them, for they had asked the Egyptians for silver and gold jewelry and for clothing.
  12. A mixed multitude also went up with them, and very much livestock, both flocks and herds.
  13. If you do this, God will direct you, you will be able to endure, and all this people also will go to their place in peace.”
  14. And the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I am coming to you in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and may also believe you forever.” When Moses told the words of the people to the Lord,
  15. Also let the priests who come near to the Lord consecrate themselves, lest the Lord break out against them.”
  16. But if the ox has been accustomed to gore in the past, and its owner has been warned but has not kept it in, and it kills a man or a woman, the ox shall be stoned, and its owner also shall be put to death.
  17. “When one man's ox butts another's, so that it dies, then they shall sell the live ox and share its price, and the dead beast also they shall share.
  18. “You shall also make curtains of goats' hair for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains shall you make.
  19. You shall also make for it a grating, a network of bronze, and on the net you shall make four bronze rings at its four corners.
  20. “You shall also take the fat from the ram and the fat tail and the fat that covers the entrails, and the long lobe of the liver and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, and the right thigh (for it is a ram of ordination),
  21. and every day you shall offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement. Also you shall purify the altar, when you make atonement for it, and shall anoint it to consecrate it.
  22. I will consecrate the tent of meeting and the altar. Aaron also and his sons I will consecrate to serve me as priests.
  23. “You shall also make a basin of bronze, with its stand of bronze, for washing. You shall put it between the tent of meeting and the altar, and you shall put water in it,
  24. Moses' Intercession

    Moses said to the Lord, “See, you say to me, ‘Bring up this people,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. Yet you have said, ‘I know you by name, and you have also found favor in my sight.’
  25. the lampstand also for the light, with its utensils and its lamps, and the oil for the light;
  26. He also made curtains of goats' hair for a tent over the tabernacle. He made eleven curtains.
  27. He also made a screen for the entrance of the tent, of blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen, embroidered with needlework,
  28. Making the Table

    He also made the table of acacia wood. Two cubits was its length, a cubit its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height.
  29. Making the Lampstand

    He also made the lampstand of pure gold. He made the lampstand of hammered work. Its base, its stem, its cups, its calyxes, and its flowers were of one piece with it.
  30. He made the holy anointing oil also, and the pure fragrant incense, blended as by the perfumer.
  31. And the bases for the pillars were of bronze, but the hooks of the pillars and their fillets were of silver. The overlaying of their capitals was also of silver, and all the pillars of the court were filleted with silver.
  32. He also made the robe of the ephod woven all of blue,
  33. They also made bells of pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates all around the hem of the robe, between the pomegranates—
  34. They also made the coats, woven of fine linen, for Aaron and his sons,
  35. You shall also anoint the altar of burnt offering and all its utensils, and consecrate the altar, so that the altar may become most holy.
  36. You shall also anoint the basin and its stand, and consecrate it.
  37. You shall bring his sons also and put coats on them,
