  17. and the plan of all that he had in mind, for the courtyards of the house of the Lord, and for all the surrounding rooms, for the storehouses of the house of God and for the storehouses of the dedicated things;
  18. And I got up in the night, I and a few men with me. I did not tell anyone what my God was putting into my mind to do for Jerusalem, and there was no animal with me except the animal on which I was riding.
  19. So we built the wall, and the entire wall was joined together to half its height, for the people had a mind to work.
  20. Then I sent a message to him saying, “Nothing like these things that you are saying has been done, but you are inventing them in your own mind.”
  21. Will they not teach you and tell you, And bring forth words from their minds?
  22. They conceive harm and give birth to wrongdoing, And their mind prepares deception.”
  23. Who has put wisdom in the innermost being, Or given understanding to the mind?
  24. Please let the evil of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous; For the righteous God puts hearts and minds to the test.
  25. I will bless the Lord who has advised me; Indeed, my mind instructs me in the night.
