God Abases the Proud, but Exalts the Righteous.

We give thanks and praise to You, O God, we give thanks, For Your [wonderful works declare that Your] name is near; People declare Your wonders.
-
I will meditate on all Your works And thoughtfully consider all Your [great and wondrous] deeds.
-
You are the [awesome] God who works [powerful] wonders; You have demonstrated Your power among the people.
-
We will not hide them from their children, But [we will] tell to the generation to come the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, And [tell of] His great might and power and the wonderful works that He has done.
-
That they should place their confidence in God And not forget the works of God, But keep His commandments,
-
And they forgot His [incredible] works And His miraculous wonders that He had shown them.
-
In spite of all this they still sinned, For they did not believe in His wonderful and extraordinary works.
-
There is no one like You among the gods, O Lord, Nor are there any works [of wonder and majesty] like Yours.
-
For You are great and do wondrous works! You alone are God.
-
For You, O Lord, have made me glad by Your works; At the works of Your hands I joyfully sing.
-
How great are Your works, O Lord! Your thoughts are very deep [beyond man’s understanding].
-
Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works and wonderful deeds among all the peoples.
-
Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; Bless and affectionately praise the Lord, O my soul!

The Lord’s Care over All His Works.
Bless and affectionately praise the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty,
-
He waters the mountains from His upper chambers; The earth is satisfied with the fruit of His works.
-
O Lord, how many and varied are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all; The earth is full of Your riches and Your creatures.
-
May the glory of the Lord endure forever; May the Lord rejoice and be glad in His works—
-
The Lord’s Wonderful Works in Behalf of Israel.
O give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the people.
-
But they quickly forgot His works; They did not [patiently] wait for His counsel and purpose [to be revealed regarding them],
-
They have seen the works of the Lord, And His wonders in the deep.
-
Great are the works of the Lord, Studied by all those who delight in them.
-
He has declared and made known to His people the power of His works, In giving them the heritage of the nations.
-
The works of His hands are truth and [absolute] justice; All His precepts are sure (established, reliable, trustworthy).
-
I will not die, but live, And declare the works and recount the illustrious acts of the Lord.
-
Make me understand the way of Your precepts, So that I will meditate (focus my thoughts) on Your wonderful works.
