  38. And he said, “Behold, I have heard that there is grain for sale in Egypt. Go down and buy grain for us there, that we may live and not die.”

  40. they prepared the present for Joseph's coming at noon, for they heard that they should eat bread there.
  41. And he wept aloud, so that the Egyptians heard it, and the household of Pharaoh heard it.
  42. When the report was heard in Pharaoh's house, “Joseph's brothers have come,” it pleased Pharaoh and his servants.
  43. And they told him, “Joseph is still alive, and he is ruler over all the land of Egypt.” And his heart became numb, for he did not believe them.
