Galatians 3:7-14
New American Standard Bible
7 Therefore, recognize that (A)it is those who are of faith who are (B)sons of Abraham. 8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God [a]would justify the [b]Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “(C)All the nations will be blessed in you.” 9 So then, (D)those who are of faith are blessed with [c]Abraham, the believer.
10 For all who are of works of [d]the Law are under a curse; for it is written: “(E)Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all the things written in the book of the Law, to do them.” 11 Now, that (F)no one is justified [e]by [f]the Law before God is evident; for, “[g](G)the righteous one will live by faith.” 12 [h]However, the Law is not [i]of faith; on the contrary, “(H)The person who performs [j]them will live by [k]them.” 13 Christ (I)redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written: “(J)Cursed is everyone who hangs on (K)a [l]tree”— 14 in order that (L)in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles, so that we (M)would receive (N)the promise of the Spirit through faith.
