Zechariah 8:14-17

14 For thus says Yahweh of hosts: “Just as I planned to bring disaster[a] on you when your ancestors[b] provoked me to anger,” says Yahweh of hosts, “and I did not regret it, 15 so again I have planned[c] in these days to do good to Jerusalem and the house of Judah. Do not be afraid! 16 These are the things that you must do: speak truth, each of you, with his neighbor; practice trustworthy judgment and peace in your gates. 17 Do not devise evil in your hearts against your neighbor, and do not love a false oath,[d] because all these are things I hate,” declares[e] Yahweh.

14 For thus says the Lord of hosts: (A)“As I purposed to bring disaster to you when your fathers provoked me to wrath, and I did not relent, says the Lord of hosts, 15 so again have I purposed in these days to bring good to Jerusalem and to the house of Judah; (B)fear not. 16 These are the things that you shall do: (C)Speak the truth to one another; (D)render in your gates judgments (E)that are true and make for peace; 17 (F)do not devise evil in your hearts against one another, and (G)love no false oath, for all these things I hate, declares the Lord.”
