Titus 1:13-2:1
New American Standard Bible
13 This testimony is true. For this reason (A)reprimand them (B)severely so that they may be (C)sound in the faith, 14 not paying attention to Jewish (D)myths and (E)commandments of men who (F)turn away from the truth. 15 (G)To the pure, all things are pure; but (H)to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their (I)mind and their conscience are defiled. 16 (J)They profess to know God, but by their deeds they (K)deny Him, being (L)detestable and (M)disobedient and (N)worthless (O)for any good deed.
Proclaim Sound Doctrine
2 But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for (P)sound doctrine.
Titus 1:13-2:1
Disciples’ Literal New Testament
13 This testimony is true. For which reason, be rebuking them severely in order that they may be healthy in the faith, 14 not paying-attention-to Jewish myths and commandments of people turning-away-from the truth. 15 All things are clean[a] to the clean. But to the ones having been defiled[b] and who are unbelieving, nothing is clean, but both their mind and conscience have been defiled. 16 They are confessing to know God, but by their works they are denying Him, being detestable and disobedient and disapproved[c] for every good work.
Speak Healthy Teaching To All Groups of People
2 But you be speaking the things which are fitting[d] for healthy teaching—
