³³ The Lord’s curse^(A) is on the house of the wicked,^(B)
    but he blesses the home of the righteous.^(C)
34 He mocks^(D) proud mockers^(E)
    but shows favor to the humble^(F) and oppressed.
³⁵ The wise inherit honor,
    but fools get only shame.

³ The Lord does not let the righteous go hungry,^(A)
    but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.^(B)

²² The blessing of the Lord^(A) brings wealth,^(B)
    without painful toil for it.^(C)

²⁴ What the wicked dread^(A) will overtake them;^(B)
    what the righteous desire will be granted.^(C)

²⁵ When the storm has swept by, the wicked are gone,
    but the righteous stand firm^(D) forever.^(E)

²⁸ The prospect of the righteous is joy,
    but the hopes of the wicked come to nothing.^(A)

²⁹ The way of the Lord is a refuge for the blameless,
    but it is the ruin of those who do evil.^(B)

³⁰ The righteous will never be uprooted,
    but the wicked will not remain in the land.^(C)
