¹⁹Like water reflects a face,
so a man’s heart reflects the man.

¹⁴Happy is the person who fears continuously,
but he who is stubborn of heart,^[a] will fall into calamity.

¹⁴Blessed is the man who always fears;
but one who hardens his heart falls into trouble.

29 A man who is reproved, being stubborn of neck—
suddenly he will be broken, and there will not be healing.

29 He who is often rebuked and stiffens his neck
will be destroyed suddenly, with no remedy.
