²⁵It is a snare to a man ^[a]rashly to say, It is holy,
And after vows to make inquiry.

Proverbs 20:25 Or, rashly to utter holy words. Or, to devour that which is holy

⁸Go not forth hastily to contend, lest thou know not what to do in the end thereof when thy neighbor hath put thee to shame.
