³²One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty,
And one who rules his spirit, than one who captures a city.

International Standard Version

³²Whoever controls his temper is better than a warrior,
and anyone who has control of his spirit is better
than someone who captures a city.

²⁸Like a ^(A)city that is broken into and without walls
So is a person ^(B)who has no self-control over his spirit.

²⁸Like a city with breached walls
is a man without self-control.

¹¹A ^(A)fool ^[a]always loses his temper,
But a ^(B)wise person holds it back.
