²⁸ One who ^(A)trusts in his riches will fall,
But ^(B)the righteous will flourish like the green leaf.

³⁰ The fruit of the righteous is ^(A)a tree of life,
And ^(B)one who is wise ^[a]gains souls.
³¹ If ^(C)the righteous will be repaid on the earth,
How much more the wicked and the sinner!

¹⁹ The ^(A)evil will bow down before the good,
And the wicked at the gates of the righteous.

³² The wicked is ^(A)thrust down by his own wrongdoing,
But the ^(B)righteous has a refuge when he dies.

⁶ Great wealth is in the house of the ^(A)righteous,
But trouble is in the income of the wicked.
