Numbers 15:14-16
New English Translation
14 If a resident foreigner is living[a] with you—or whoever is among you[b] in future generations[c]—and prepares an offering made by fire as a pleasing aroma to the Lord, he must do it the same way you are to do it.[d] 15 One statute must apply[e] to you who belong to the congregation and to the resident foreigner who is living among you, as a permanent[f] statute for your future generations. You and the resident foreigner will be alike[g] before the Lord. 16 One law and one custom must apply to you and to the resident foreigner who lives alongside you.’”

Law for the Stranger
14 Now if a stranger resides among you, or one who may be among you throughout your generations, and he wants to make an offering by fire, as a soothing aroma to the Lord, just as you do so shall he do. 15 As for the assembly, there shall be (A)one statute for you and for the stranger who resides among you, a permanent statute throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the stranger be before the Lord. 16 There is to be (B)one law and one ordinance for you and for the stranger who resides with you.’”
