Your nobles rest in the dust.
Your people are (C)scattered on the mountains,
And no one gathers them.
19 Your injury has no healing,
(D)Your wound is severe.
(E)All who hear news of you
Will clap their hands over you,
For upon whom has not your wickedness passed continually?

thy people is scattered upon the mountains,
and no man gathereth them.
19 There is no healing of thy bruise;
thy wound is grievous:
all that hear the bruit of thee shall clap the hands over thee:
for upon whom hath not thy wickedness passed continually?
