32 Now when it[a] was evening, when the sun had set, they began bringing[b] to him all those who were sick[c] and those who were demon-possessed. 33 And the whole town was gathered together at the door. 34 And he healed many who were sick[d] with various diseases and expelled many demons. And he did not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.

32 That evening after sunset the people brought to Jesus all the sick and demon-possessed.(A) 33 The whole town gathered at the door, 34 and Jesus healed many who had various diseases.(B) He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was.(C)
