You Shall Be Holy
22 (A)“You shall therefore keep all my statutes and all my rules and do them, that the land where I am bringing you to live may not (B)vomit you out. 23 (C)And you shall not walk in the customs of the nation that I am driving out before you, for they did all these things, and therefore I detested them. 24 But (D)I have said to you, ‘You shall inherit their land, and I will give it to you to possess, a land (E)flowing with milk and honey.’ I am the Lord your God, (F)who has separated you from the peoples.

22 You must keep all my rules and all my regulations, and do them so that the land I am bringing you to, where you will live, won’t vomit you out. 23 You must not follow the practices[a] of the nations that I am throwing out before you, because they did all these things and I was disgusted with them. 24 But I have told you, “You will certainly possess their fertile land; I am giving it to you to possess. It is a land full of milk and honey.” I am the Lord your God, who has separated you from all other peoples.
