Joshua Dies

And Joshua sent the people away, and the Israelites[a] went each to their[b] own inheritance to take possession of the land. And the people served Yahweh all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, who saw all the great work Yahweh had done for Israel. And Joshua son of Nun, servant of Yahweh, died at the age of one hundred and ten years.[c] They buried him within the border of his inheritance in Timnah-heres, in the hill country of Ephraim north of Mount Gaash. 10 Moreover, that entire generation was gathered to their[d] ancestors,[e] and another generation grew up after them who did not know Yahweh or the work he had done for Israel.[f]

Then Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died at the age of 110. And they buried him in the territory of (B)his inheritance in Timnath-heres, in the hill country of Ephraim, north of Mount Gaash. 10 All that generation also were gathered to their fathers; and another generation rose up after them who (C)did not know the Lord, nor even the work which He had done for Israel.
