13 “The godless in heart(A) harbor resentment;(B)
    even when he fetters them, they do not cry for help.(C)
14 They die in their youth,(D)
    among male prostitutes of the shrines.(E)
15 But those who suffer(F) he delivers in their suffering;(G)
    he speaks(H) to them in their affliction.(I)

13 For the godless are full of resentment.
    Even when he punishes them,
    they refuse to cry out to him for help.
14 They die when they are young,
    after wasting their lives in immoral living.
15 But by means of their suffering, he rescues those who suffer.
    For he gets their attention through adversity.
