Job 33:31-34:4

³¹ “Give ear, Job, listen to me;
Hold your peace, and I will speak.
³² If you have anything to say, answer me;
Speak, for I desire to justify you.
³³ If not, ^(A)listen to me;
^[a]Hold your peace, and I will teach you wisdom.”

² “Hear my words, you wise men;
Give ear to me, you who have knowledge.
^3 (B)For the ear tests words
As the palate tastes food.
⁴ Let us choose justice for ourselves;
Let us know among ourselves what is good.
