Job 31:26-28
Lexham English Bible
26 if I looked at the sun when it shone
or[a] at the moon moving in splendor,

and my hand threw them a kiss,[c]
28 this also is an iniquity to be judged,
for I have deceived God above.

Job 31:26-28
Holman Christian Standard Bible
26 if I have gazed at the sun when it was shining
or at the moon moving in splendor,(A)
27 so that my heart was secretly enticed
and I threw them a kiss,[a]
28 this would also be a crime deserving punishment,
for I would have denied God above.
