¹¹ At that time it will be said to this people and to Jerusalem,
    “A hot wind from the barren heights^[a] in the desert,^[b]
in the direction of^[c] the daughter of my people,
    not to winnow and not to cleanse,
¹² a wind too strong for^[d] these will come for me,
    now also I speak judgments against them.”
