Ezekiel 44:4-8
Christian Standard Bible
4 Then the man brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the temple. I looked, and the glory of the Lord filled his temple.(A) And I fell facedown.(B) 5 The Lord said to me, “Son of man, pay attention;(C) look with your eyes and listen with your ears to everything I tell you about all the statutes and laws of the Lord’s temple.(D) Take careful note of the entrance of the temple along with all the exits of the sanctuary.

6 “Say to the rebellious people,(E) the house of Israel, ‘This is what the Lord God says: I have had enough(F) of all your detestable practices, house of Israel. 7 When you brought in foreigners,(G) uncircumcised in both heart and flesh,(H) to occupy my sanctuary, you defiled my temple while you offered my food—the fat and the blood. You[a] broke my covenant by all your detestable practices. 8 You have not kept charge of my holy things(I) but have appointed others to keep charge of my sanctuary for you.’

4 Then he brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the temple, and I looked, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple of the Lord, and I fell upon my face.(A) 5 The Lord said to me: “Mortal, mark well, look closely, and listen attentively to all that I shall tell you concerning all the ordinances of the temple of the Lord and all its laws, and mark well the entrances[a] to the temple and all the exits of the sanctuary.(B) 6 Say to the rebellious house,[b] to the house of Israel: Thus says the Lord God: O house of Israel, let there be an end to all your abominations(C) 7 in admitting foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and flesh, to be in my sanctuary, profaning my temple when you offer to me my food, the fat and the blood. You[c] have broken my covenant with all your abominations.(D) 8 And you have not kept charge of my sacred offerings, but you have appointed foreigners[d] to act for you in keeping my charge in my sanctuary.
