Deuteronomy 25:17-19

17 “Remember what Amalek did to you on the journey when[a] you went out from Egypt, 18 that he met you on the journey and attacked you, all those lagging behind you and when you were weary and worn out, and he did not fear God. 19 And when[b] Yahweh your God gives rest to you from all your enemies from around about you in the land that Yahweh your God is giving to you as an inheritance to take possession of it, you shall blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under the heavens; you shall not forget!”

17 (A)“Remember what Amalek did to you (B)on the way as you came out of Egypt, 18 how he attacked you on the way when you were faint and weary, and (C)cut off your tail, those who were lagging behind you, and he did not fear God. 19 Therefore (D)when the Lord your God has given you rest from all your enemies around you, in the land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance to possess, you shall (E)blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven; you shall not forget.
