2 Samuel 20:23-26

23 Joab commanded the whole army of Israel;(A)
Benaiah son of Jehoiada was over the Cherethites and Pelethites;
24 Adoram[a] was over forced labor;(B)
Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud was court historian;
25 Sheva was court secretary;
Zadok and Abiathar were priests;
26 and in addition, Ira the Jairite was David’s priest.

23 Now Joab was the general in command of all the army of Israel. Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the Kerethites and the Perethites. 24 Adoniram[a] was supervisor of the work crews.[b] Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud was the secretary. 25 Sheva was the scribe, and Zadok and Abiathar were the priests. 26 Ira the Jairite was David’s personal priest.[c]
