Judah’s King Jehoahaz
31 Jehoahaz(A) was(B) twenty-three years old when he became king, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Hamutal(C) daughter of Jeremiah; she was from Libnah. 32 He did what was evil in the Lord’s sight just as his ancestors had done.(D) 33 Pharaoh Neco imprisoned him at Riblah(E) in the land of Hamath(F) to keep him from reigning in Jerusalem, and he imposed on the land a fine of seventy-five hundred pounds[a] of silver and seventy-five pounds[b] of gold.

International Standard Version
31 Jehoahaz was 23 years old when he became king. He reigned three months in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Hamutal. She was the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah. 32 He practiced what the Lord considered to be evil, just as all of his ancestors had done. 33 Pharaoh Neco placed him in custody at Riblah, in the land of Hamath, so that he would not reign in Jerusalem, and imposed a tribute of 100 talents[a] of silver and a talent[b] of gold.
