20 And Eli (A)would bless Elkanah and his wife, and say, “The Lord give you descendants from this woman for the [a]loan that was (B)given to the Lord.” Then they would go to their own home.
21 And the Lord (C)visited[b] Hannah, so that she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters. Meanwhile the child Samuel (D)grew before the Lord.

21 And the Lord visited Hannah, so that she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the Lord.
