^3 (A)Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in ^(B)the heavenly places in Christ, ⁴ just as ^(C)He chose us in Him before ^(D)the foundation of the world, that we would be ^(E)holy and blameless before ^[a]Him. ^(F)In love ^5 [b]He ^(G)predestined us to ^(H)adoption as sons and daughters through Jesus Christ to Himself, ^(I)according to the good pleasure of His will, ^6 (J)to the praise of the glory of His grace, with which He favored us in ^(K)the Beloved. ^7 (L)In ^[c]Him we have ^(M)redemption ^(N)through His blood, the ^(O)forgiveness of our wrongdoings, according to ^(P)the riches of His grace

⁹ who ^(A)saved us and ^(B)called us with a holy ^(C)calling, ^(D)not according to our works, but according to His own ^(E)purpose and grace, which was granted to us in ^(F)Christ Jesus from ^(G)all eternity,

⁴⁸ When the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying ^(A)the word of ^[a]the Lord; and all who ^(B)had been appointed to eternal life believed.

²⁹ For those whom He ^(A)foreknew, He also ^(B)predestined to become ^(C)conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the ^(D)firstborn among many brothers and sisters; ³⁰ and these whom He ^(E)predestined, He also ^(F)called; and these whom He called, He also ^(G)justified; and these whom He justified, He also ^(H)glorified.
