¹⁵ Neither do men light a lamp, and put it under the bushel, but on the stand; and it shineth unto all that are in the house.

²⁶ Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.

² For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured unto you.

¹² For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he hath.

²¹ And he said unto them, Is the lamp brought to be put under the bushel, or under the bed, and not to be put on the stand? ²² For there is nothing hid, save that it should be manifested; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light. ²³ If any man hath ears to hear, let him hear. ²⁴ And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete it shall be measured unto you; and more shall be given unto you. ²⁵ For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he hath.

¹⁶ And no man, when he hath lighted a lamp, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but putteth it on a stand, that they that enter in may see the light. ¹⁷ For nothing is hid, that shall not be made manifest; nor anything secret, that shall not be known and come to light. ¹⁸ Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he ^[a]thinketh he hath.
