¹² Now when he heard that John was delivered up, he withdrew into Galilee;

¹⁴ Now after John was delivered up, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the ^[a]gospel of God,

¹⁴ And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and a fame went out concerning him through all the region round about.

4 When therefore the Lord knew that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus was making and baptizing more disciples than John ² (although Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples), ³ he left Judaea, and departed again into Galilee.
