²² But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judaea in the room of his father Herod, he was afraid to go thither; and being warned of God in a dream, he withdrew into the parts of Galilee, ²³ and came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophets, ^[a]that he should be called a Nazarene.

³⁹ And when they had accomplished all things that were according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.

⁴⁰ And the child grew, and waxed strong, ^[a]filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
