³⁴ And when they had crossed over, they came to the land, unto Gennesaret. ³⁵ And when the men of that place knew him, they sent into all that region round about, and brought unto him all that were sick; ³⁶ and they besought him that they might only touch the border of his garment: and as many as touched were made whole.

⁵³ And when they had ^[a]crossed over, they came to the land unto Gennesaret, and moored to the shore. ⁵⁴ And when they were come out of the boat, straightway the people knew him, ⁵⁵ and ran round about that whole region, and began to carry about on their ^[b]beds those that were sick, where they heard he was. ⁵⁶ And wheresoever he entered, into villages, or into cities, or into the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched ^[c]him were made whole.

²² On the morrow the multitude that stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other ^[a]boat there, save one, and that Jesus entered not with his disciples into the boat, but that his disciples went away alone ²³ (howbeit there came ^[b]boats from Tiberias nigh unto the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks): ²⁴ when the multitude therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither his disciples, they themselves got into the ^[c]boats, and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus. ²⁵ And when they found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when camest thou hither?
