10 One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, Everyone who believes on him will not be put to shame,[a](A) 12 since there is no distinction between Jew and Greek,(B) because the same Lord(C) of all(D) richly blesses all who call on him. 13 For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.[b](E)

10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”[a](A) 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile(B)—the same Lord is Lord of all(C) and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord(D) will be saved.”[b](E)
