Revelation 4:3-6

³ And He who was sitting was like a ^(A)jasper stone and a ^(B)sardius in appearance; and there was a ^[a](C)rainbow around the throne, like an ^(D)emerald in appearance. ^4 (E)Around the throne were ^(F)twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw ^(G)twenty-four elders ^(H)sitting, clothed in ^(I)white garments, and ^(J)golden crowns on their heads.

The Throne and Worship of the Creator

⁵ Out from the throne *came ^(K)flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were ^(L)seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are ^[b](M)the seven spirits of God; ⁶ and before the throne there was something like a ^(N)sea of glass, like crystal; and in the ^[c]center and ^(O)around the throne, ^(P)four living creatures ^(Q)full of eyes in front and behind.
