4 He who [a]sits in the heavens (A)laughs,
The Lord (B)scoffs at them.
5 Then He will speak to them in His (C)anger
And (D)terrify them in His fury, saying,
6 “But as for Me, I have installed (E)My King
Upon Zion, (F)My holy mountain.”
7 “I will announce the [b]decree of the Lord:
He said to Me, ‘You are (G)My Son,
Today I have fathered You.
