Psalm 141:8-10

New International Version

⁸But my eyes are fixed^(A) on you, Sovereign Lord;
    in you I take refuge^(B)—do not give me over to death.
⁹Keep me safe^(C) from the traps set by evildoers,^(D)
    from the snares^(E) they have laid for me.
¹⁰Let the wicked fall^(F) into their own nets,
    while I pass by in safety.^(G)

In You I take refuge; do not pour out my life nor leave me defenseless.

Keep me from the jaws of the trap which they have set for me,
And from the snares of those who do evil.

Let the wicked fall into their own nets,
While I pass by and safely escape [from danger].
