30 I have chosen(A) the way of faithfulness;(B)
I have set my heart(C) on your laws.
31 I hold fast(D) to your statutes, Lord;
do not let me be put to shame.
32 I run in the path of your commands,
for you have broadened my understanding.

33 Teach me,(E) Lord, the way of your decrees,
that I may follow it to the end.[a]
34 Give me understanding,(F) so that I may keep your law(G)
and obey it with all my heart.(H)
35 Direct me(I) in the path of your commands,(J)
for there I find delight.(K)
36 Turn my heart(L) toward your statutes
and not toward selfish gain.(M)

32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
