2 The (A)kings of the earth take their stand
And the rulers conspire together
(B)Against the Lord and against His [a](C)Anointed, saying,
3 “Let’s (D)tear their shackles apart
And throw their ropes away from us!”

4 He who [b]sits in the heavens (E)laughs,
