14 When she had said this, she turned around and *(A)saw Jesus standing there, and yet she (B)did not know that it was Jesus. 15 Jesus *said to her, (C)Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” Thinking that He was the gardener, she *said to Him, “Sir, if you have carried Him away, tell me where you put Him, and I will take Him away.” 16 Jesus *said to her, “Mary!” She turned and *said to Him (D)in [a]Hebrew, “(E)Rabboni!” (which means, Teacher). 17 Jesus *said to her, “Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to (F)My brothers and say to them, ‘I am (G)ascending to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.’” 18 (H)Mary Magdalene *came and (I)announced to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord,” and that He had said these things to her.

17 Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers(F) and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father(G) and your Father, to my God and your God.’”

18 Mary Magdalene(H) went to the disciples(I) with the news: “I have seen the Lord!” And she told them that he had said these things to her.
