New International Version
8 “I am the Lord;(A) that is my name!(B)
I will not yield my glory to another(C)
or my praise to idols.(D)
9 See, the former things(E) have taken place,
and new things I declare;
before they spring into being
I announce(F) them to you.”

10 Sing(G) to the Lord a new song,(H)
his praise(I) from the ends of the earth,(J)
you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it,(K)
you islands,(L) and all who live in them.
11 Let the wilderness(M) and its towns raise their voices;
let the settlements where Kedar(N) lives rejoice.
Let the people of Sela(O) sing for joy;
let them shout from the mountaintops.(P)
12 Let them give glory(Q) to the Lord
and proclaim his praise(R) in the islands.(S)
13 The Lord will march out like a champion,(T)
like a warrior(U) he will stir up his zeal;(V)
with a shout(W) he will raise the battle cry
and will triumph over his enemies.(X)
