Yeshayah 40:29-31

²⁹ He giveth ko’ach to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth power.

³⁰ Even the ne’arim (youths) shall faint and grow weary, and the bochurim shall utterly fall;

³¹ But they that wait upon Hashem shall renew their ko’ach; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not grow weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
