Hebrews 12:25-27

The Unshaken Kingdom

²⁵^(A)See to it that you do not refuse Him who is ^(B)speaking. For ^(C)if those did not escape when they ^(D)refused him who ^(E)warned them on earth, ^[a]much less will we escape who turn away from Him who ^(F)warns us from heaven. ²⁶And ^(G)His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised, saying, “^(H)Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heaven.” ²⁷This expression, “Yet once more,” denotes ^(I)the removing of those things which can be shaken, as of created things, so that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

²⁵See to it that you do not refuse^(A) him who speaks.^(B) If they did not escape when they refused him who warned^(C) them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?^(D) ²⁶At that time his voice shook the earth,^(E) but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”^[a]^(F) ²⁷The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken^(G)—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.
