Habakkuk 1:7-9

New American Standard Bible

⁷ They are terrifying and ^(A)feared;
Their ^(B)justice and ^[a]authority ^[b]originate with themselves.
⁸ Their ^(C)horses are faster than leopards,
And quicker than ^(D)wolves in the evening.
Their ^[c]horsemen charge along,
Their ^[d]horsemen come from afar;
They fly like an ^(E)eagle ^[e]swooping down to devour.
⁹ All of them come for violence.
^[f]Their horde of ^(F)faces moves forward.
They gather captives like sand.
