3 Then (A)God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was (B)good; and God (C)separated the light from the darkness. 5 (D)And God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And (E)there was evening and there was morning, one day.
6 Then God said, “Let there be [a]an (F)expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.” 7 So God made the [b]expanse and separated (G)the waters which were below the [c]expanse from the waters (H)which were above the [d]expanse; and it was so. 8 And God called the [e]expanse heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, a second day.
