29 But (A)the children of Israel had walked on dry land in the midst of the sea, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.

30 So the Lord (B)saved[a] Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel (C)saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore. 31 Thus Israel saw the great [b]work which the Lord had done in Egypt; so the people feared the Lord, and (D)believed the Lord and His servant Moses.

The Song of Moses(E)

15 Then (F)Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to the Lord, and spoke, saying:

“I will (G)sing to the Lord,
For He has triumphed gloriously!
The horse and its rider
He has thrown into the sea!
The Lord is my strength and (H)song,
And He has become my salvation;
He is my God, and (I)I will praise Him;
My (J)father’s God, and I (K)will exalt Him.
The Lord is a man of (L)war;
The Lord is His (M)name.
(N)Pharaoh’s chariots and his army He has cast into the sea;
(O)His chosen captains also are drowned in the Red Sea.
The depths have covered them;
(P)They sank to the bottom like a stone.

“Your (Q)right hand, O Lord, has become glorious in power;
Your right hand, O Lord, has dashed the enemy in pieces.
And in the greatness of Your (R)excellence
You have overthrown those who rose against You;
You sent forth (S)Your wrath;
It (T)consumed them (U)like stubble.
And (V)with the blast of Your nostrils
The waters were gathered together;
(W)The floods stood upright like a heap;
The depths [c]congealed in the heart of the sea.
(X)The enemy said, ‘I will pursue,
I will overtake,
I will (Y)divide the spoil;
My desire shall be satisfied on them.
I will draw my sword,
My hand shall destroy them.’
10 You blew with Your wind,
The sea covered them;
They sank like lead in the mighty waters.

11 “Who(Z) is like You, O Lord, among the [d]gods?
Who is like You, (AA)glorious in holiness,
Fearful in (AB)praises, (AC)doing wonders?
12 You stretched out Your right hand;
The earth swallowed them.
13 You in Your mercy have (AD)led forth
The people whom You have redeemed;
You have guided them in Your strength
To (AE)Your holy habitation.

29 But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

30 Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.

31 And Israel saw that great work which the Lord did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord, and his servant Moses.

15 Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the Lord, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the Lord, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.

The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.

The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name.

Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.

The depths have covered them: they sank into the bottom as a stone.

Thy right hand, O Lord, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O Lord, hath dashed in pieces the enemy.

And in the greatness of thine excellency thou hast overthrown them that rose up against thee: thou sentest forth thy wrath, which consumed them as stubble.

And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were gathered together, the floods stood upright as an heap, and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.

The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.

10 Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: they sank as lead in the mighty waters.

11 Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

12 Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, the earth swallowed them.

13 Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.

29 But the sons of Israel walked on (A)dry land through the midst of the sea, and the waters were like a wall to them on their right and on their left.

The Song of Moses and Israel

15 (E)Then Moses and the sons of Israel sang this song to the Lord, [d]saying:

[e](F)I will sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted;
(G)The horse and its rider He has hurled into the sea.
[f](H)The Lord is my strength and song,
And He has become my salvation;
(I)This is my God, and I will praise Him;
(J)My father’s God, and I will (K)exalt Him.
(L)The Lord is a warrior;
[g](M)The Lord is His name.
(N)Pharaoh’s chariots and his army He has thrown into the sea;
And the choicest of his officers are [h]drowned in the [i]Red Sea.
The waters cover them;
(O)They went down into the depths like a stone.
(P)Your right hand, Lord, is majestic in power;
(Q)Your right hand, Lord, destroys the enemy.
And in the greatness of Your [j]excellence You (R)overthrow those who rise up against You;
(S)You send out Your burning anger, and it (T)consumes them like chaff.
(U)At the blast of Your nostrils the waters were piled up,
(V)The flowing waters stood up like a heap;
The depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.
(W)The enemy said, ‘I will pursue, I will overtake, I will (X)divide the spoils;
[k]I shall [l]be satisfied against them;
I will draw my sword, my hand will [m]destroy them.’
10 (Y)You blew with Your wind, the sea covered them;
(Z)They sank like lead in the mighty waters.
11 (AA)Who is like You among the gods, Lord?
Who is like You, (AB)majestic in holiness,
(AC)Awesome in praises, (AD)working wonders?
12 (AE)You reached out with Your right hand,
The earth swallowed them.
13 In Your [n]faithfulness You have (AF)led the people whom You have (AG)redeemed;
In Your strength You have guided them (AH)to Your holy habitation.

The deeps were congealed in the heart of the sea.

“You in Your lovingkindness and goodness have led the people whom You have redeemed;
In Your strength You have guided them with care to Your holy habitation.
