14 (A)The peoples have heard, they tremble;
Anguish has gripped the inhabitants of Philistia.
15 Then the (B)chiefs of Edom were terrified;
(C)The leaders of Moab, trembling grips them;
(D)All the inhabitants of Canaan have despaired.
16 (E)Terror and dread fall upon them;
(F)By the greatness of Your arm they are motionless as stone,
Until Your people pass over, Lord,
Until the people pass over whom You (G)have purchased.

The remnant of Jacob
Will be among the nations,

Like a young lion among flocks of sheep,
Which, if he passes through,

And there is (G)no one who can rescue.
Your hand will be (H)lifted up against your adversaries,
And all your enemies will be eliminated.
