Zephaniah 3:16-18

16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not, O Zion, let not thine hands be faint.
17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty: he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy: he will quiet himself in [a]his love: he will rejoice over thee with joy.
18 After a certain time will I gather the afflicted that were of thee, and them that bare the reproach for [b]it.

16 On that day
they will say to Jerusalem,
“Do not fear, Zion;
do not let your hands hang limp.(A)
17 The Lord your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.(B)
He will take great delight(C) in you;
in his love he will no longer rebuke you,(D)
but will rejoice over you with singing.”(E)
18 “I will remove from you
all who mourn over the loss of your appointed festivals,
which is a burden and reproach for you.
