9 Hear this, you leaders of Jacob,
you rulers of Israel,
who despise justice
and distort all that is right;(A)
10 who build(B) Zion with bloodshed,(C)
and Jerusalem with wickedness.(D)
11 Her leaders judge for a bribe,(E)
her priests teach for a price,(F)
and her prophets tell fortunes for money.(G)
Yet they look(H) for the Lord’s support and say,
“Is not the Lord among us?
No disaster will come upon us.”(I)
12 Therefore because of you,
Zion will be plowed like a field,
Jerusalem will become a heap of rubble,(J)

10 They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.
11 The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the Lord, and say, Is not the Lord among us? none evil can come upon us.
12 Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.

Daniel 9:5-19
New International Version
5 we have sinned(A) and done wrong.(B) We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away(C) from your commands and laws.(D) 6 We have not listened(E) to your servants the prophets,(F) who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes and our ancestors,(G) and to all the people of the land.
7 “Lord, you are righteous,(H) but this day we are covered with shame(I)—the people of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, both near and far, in all the countries where you have scattered(J) us because of our unfaithfulness(K) to you.(L) 8 We and our kings, our princes and our ancestors are covered with shame, Lord, because we have sinned against you.(M) 9 The Lord our God is merciful and forgiving,(N) even though we have rebelled against him;(O) 10 we have not obeyed the Lord our God or kept the laws he gave us through his servants the prophets.(P) 11 All Israel has transgressed(Q) your law(R) and turned away, refusing to obey you.
“Therefore the curses(S) and sworn judgments(T) written in the Law of Moses, the servant of God, have been poured out on us, because we have sinned(U) against you. 12 You have fulfilled(V) the words spoken against us and against our rulers by bringing on us great disaster.(W) Under the whole heaven nothing has ever been done like(X) what has been done to Jerusalem.(Y) 13 Just as it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come on us, yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord(Z) our God by turning from our sins and giving attention to your truth.(AA) 14 The Lord did not hesitate to bring the disaster(AB) on us, for the Lord our God is righteous in everything he does;(AC) yet we have not obeyed him.(AD)
15 “Now, Lord our God, who brought your people out of Egypt with a mighty hand(AE) and who made for yourself a name(AF) that endures to this day, we have sinned, we have done wrong. 16 Lord, in keeping with all your righteous acts,(AG) turn away(AH) your anger and your wrath(AI) from Jerusalem,(AJ) your city, your holy hill.(AK) Our sins and the iniquities of our ancestors have made Jerusalem and your people an object of scorn(AL) to all those around us.
17 “Now, our God, hear the prayers and petitions of your servant. For your sake, Lord, look with favor(AM) on your desolate sanctuary. 18 Give ear,(AN) our God, and hear;(AO) open your eyes and see(AP) the desolation of the city that bears your Name.(AQ) We do not make requests of you because we are righteous, but because of your great mercy.(AR) 19 Lord, listen! Lord, forgive!(AS) Lord, hear and act! For your sake,(AT) my God, do not delay, because your city and your people bear your Name.”
Daniel 9:5-19
King James Version
5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:
6 Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.
7 O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee.
8 O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.
9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;
10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.
11 Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against him.
12 And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.
14 Therefore hath the Lord watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for the Lord our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.
15 And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
16 O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us.
17 Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake.
18 O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.
19 O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
