Four Horns and Craftsmen
18 [a]Then I lifted up my eyes and saw, and behold, there were four horns. 19 So I said to the angel who was speaking with me, “What are these?” And he said to me, “These are the (A)horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.” 20 Then Yahweh showed me four (B)craftsmen. 21 And I said, “What are these coming to do?” And he said, “These are the (C)horns which have scattered Judah so that no man lifts up his head; but these craftsmen have come to cause them to tremble, to (D)throw down the horns of the nations who have lifted up their horns against the land of Judah in order to scatter it.”

Second Vision: The Horns and the Smiths
18 [a]And I looked up and saw four horns. 19 I asked the angel who spoke with me, “What are those?” And he answered me, “Those are the horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.” 20 Then the Lord showed me four blacksmiths. 21 And I asked, “What are they coming to do?” He answered, “Those are the horns that scattered Judah, so that no head could be raised, but these have come to terrify them, to strike down the horns of the nations that lifted up their horns against the land of Judah to scatter its people.”[b](A)
