11 People[a] will live there, there will be no more destruction, and Jerusalem will be safely inhabited.”

12 “This will be the plague with which the Lord inflicts all of the people who have attacked Jerusalem: he will cause their flesh to rot away, even while they’re standing on their feet. He will cause their eyes to rot away in their sockets, and their tongues to rot away in their mouths. 13 At that time,[b] they will be stricken with a terrible panic from the Lord. Everyone will attack each other.

11 It will be inhabited;(A) never again will it be destroyed. Jerusalem will be secure.(B)
12 This is the plague with which the Lord will strike(C) all the nations that fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.(D) 13 On that day people will be stricken by the Lord with great panic.(E) They will seize each other by the hand and attack one another.(F)
